BAN vs PAK Test: Litton Das and Mohammad Rizwan Involved in Heated Altercation

Day four of the Bangladesh (BAN) vs Pakistan (PAK) Test ended with the visitors placed at 316 for the loss of seven wickets. Pakistan still needs 121 runs to win the game on the final day, with wicketkeeper Mohammad Rizwan batting on 75 along with Sajid Khan on eight runs.

The game saw tempers flare in the 72nd over when Litton Das wasn’t pleased with Rizwan taking time to face the ball. Pakistani batter wasn’t pleased with the movements near the sightscreen. This is when Das asked him to get on with the game, to which Rizwan said that there was someone standing near the sightscreen.

Litton was quick to reply and asked the veteran batter to concentrate on his game, rather than looking here and there. 33-year-old Rizwan wasn’t pleased with this and asked the Bangladeshi wicketkeeper if it was his job to tell him to bat or the umpire’s.

Just as the situation was getting out of hand, the umpires stepped in to cool things down. The verbal clash between the two players has added excitement to the final day’s play, with the hosts looking at a rare double series win over their rivals.
